Promotion, salary hike, NO satisfactory solution on employee concern if its medical base. Poor salary hike after promotion, employee have to survive with less money that to in different locations. Suggestions would be if any promotion transfer employee should get market correction in salary. No handholding for any concern, no motivation factor + OJT not covered after promotion

Every thing. Seniors don't follow 9 hours job they call u later night or early in the morning for any silly data requirement asked by Head HR who is a Annu Kapoor character of Dream girl. Work Culture is pathetic here . HRs are treated as donkeys here. Only name of Ratan Tata ji is good here whom every one respects . Also there is one Takluuu in Process who daily changes process which impacts all organization employees. U have been reprimanded for others wrong deed. Work is completely manual, they are relying on Excel and probably now have started ERP implementation. Work life balance is nil, no holidays for festivals, managers will cry to give permission for leaves. No growth, complete politics.

It's only name sake Tatas. The culture is purely of complete corporate politics and ambiguity. No role clarity, structure changes almostvevety year, focus changes every 3-4 months so no consistency.

Dislikes

There is too much confusion, bosses always talk about job insecurity. Too much office politics. The environment is toxic.

Lots of pressure of sales and VAS targets Managers always consumed in ungenuine meetings. Company doesn’t care about your physical and mental health. Internal promotions is like you’re just changing the name of your current profile with minimal salary hike. Lots of politics. No one care for your efforts just results are matters. Youwill get zero support or response from you reporting manager and entire HR team when u need specially when it is some personal ask.
