I worked there as a Maintenance Executives they are made lots of commity for employees freedom and rights ,but actually not work for the staff there are only respect of store maneger .Even they scolding the staff in front of any any one and demoitive or disrespects some how mangers are directly said to employees nikal ja sale...100% unprofessional atmosphere illiterate maneger aftet if you have complaint against them to HR or related team they will said we are working on it but we cannot gives you guarantee for never happen this. I strongly suggest you please don't try to join croma .not safe for your mental satisfaction...On the documents they gives me post as level of manager also when he needs to work from us they told us your Incharge of the store also your a very responsible person of this store we have 3-4maneger but your...your very imp person bla bla but actually all these are fakes thing...Read More

Infinity Retail Ltd tie up with TATA. We are all respect TATA group. In croma we have lot of learning and the management only focus they profit.

The management is not at good, I was working as maintenance executive in Bangalore 2013 to 2019. The salary package is very less and increment is not at good. I was worked very hard to get promotion when ask the promotion unwantedly they put pressure they try to remove like a TCOC etc..... but lot of political. Ones left company they not do clearance and they will not give experience latter, calling HR and manager no response properly....Read More
