This company good at on 2008 eara but not yet because there is to much cros cutting like incentives and most important very very lo increments and also they changed there processor like ther is no any RNR no apny appreciations and no any get to gather they focused only for sale and they are not good on this platform because there isto much prices issues. I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

It should be explained to the company manager that instead of finding faults, they should try to correct them.

Emails are sent on small matters. No, we are not. It is understood whether it is our mistake or not. And if it is not our mistake then we are trapped. If I post to my manager then no one else except him should have the right to stop me and whenever mistakes are made then it is better to solve the problem instead of sending mail and getting trapped without any mistake.

Work doesn't matter anymore since it's a matured organisaton. The focus is on favouritism, politics.. it's a very bad organisation for women. There is no woman in the senior management, just one in HR and even she has no powers or mind of her own and doesn't support women.

Overall company is very good. There have 1 & 1/2 day fixed week off, available leave Balance, Developed & learning process is good, also they give oppertunity for promotion.

But management is not good at all, not everyone but some of sm are doing partiality. One of sm name is Kaushik Maji (asansol croma) his behaviour & mentality is so cheap. He don't have enough knowledge to handle store & entire team.
