It should be explained to the company manager that instead of finding faults, they should try to correct them.
Emails are sent on small matters. No, we are not. It is understood whether it is our mistake or not. And if it is not our mistake then we are trapped. If I post to my manager then no one else except him should have the right to stop me and whenever mistakes are made then it is better to solve the problem instead of sending mail and getting trapped without any mistake.

Work doesn't matter anymore since it's a matured organisaton. The focus is on favouritism, politics.. it's a very bad organisation for women. There is no woman in the senior management, just one in HR and even she has no powers or mind of her own and doesn't support women.
