It’s a torture if you’re handling ground operations in Croma’s warehouse. Managers are very abusive with lack of respect and appreciation. Worst company with worst work culture and zero learning.

Worst corporate politics you can see here. There RTM Divya Ill treat everyone. She prefer her relation to grow in the company. There is no corporate culture, we have to use Mam instead of calling my name. Promotions are based on how to treat her not on your performance. Worst, you have to work without self respect l.

It's only name sake Tatas. The culture is purely of complete corporate politics and ambiguity. No role clarity, structure changes almostvevety year, focus changes every 3-4 months so no consistency.

Lots of pressure of sales and VAS targets Managers always consumed in ungenuine meetings. Company doesn’t care about your physical and mental health. Internal promotions is like you’re just changing the name of your current profile with minimal salary hike. Lots of politics. No one care for your efforts just results are matters.
