Firstly, the workplace is vibrant, thanks to the office infrastructure. Stepping inside gives a refreshing feeling. Everyone here is polite and approachable. During breaks, we have access to snacks provided by the canteen facilities.

After almost three years here, I can say this is one of the best workplaces I've been in. I've improved my analyst skills and moved forward in my role. The company cares about employee well-being, offering health insurance to seniors and accidental insurance to mid-level and entry-level staff. I appreciate the support and well-being assistance I receive.

We have many good benefits in place, which I truly appreciate. Like, we get snacks during break time, for clinical research team - travel accommodation is provided, health insurance is given to senior level people and accidental coverage for entry and mid-level people, leave policy is good where company offers maternity as well paternity leaves.
