Working here has given me the chance to challenge a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. This variety is beneficial because it allows me to develop many different skills. I am constantly learning and taking on new challenges which keeps my job interesting. We have many good benefits in place, which I truly appreciate. Like, we get snacks during break time, for clinical research team - travel accommodation is provided, health insurance is given to senior level people and accidental coverage for entry and mid-level people, leave policy is good where company offers maternity as well paternity leaves.

The office runs smoothly inside, but it could use a renovation. It looks old-fashioned, and some updates could make it more inspiring. Rest, there is nothing as con I believe.

Pleased with the benefits I receive in this company, especially the medical policy benefit. Good to see that the senior-level employees are given health insurance, while mid-level and entry-level employees are provided with accidental insurance.
