i'm having headache thinking of any single positive about this croissance. toxic work place and management. i literally faced health issue after joining here . nothing great here to work here. they always fight & scream on us as dogs. management are MAD

...itism, office politics lack of transpirity and openess no proffessional growth . people who are leaving this org not happily leave salary of last 3 months will cut and no reliving letter provided.

The office runs smoothly inside, but it could use a renovation. It looks old-fashioned, and some updates could make it more inspiring. Rest, there is nothing as con I believe.

After almost three years here, I can say this is one of the best workplaces I've been in. I've improved my analyst skills and moved forward in my role. The company cares about employee well-being, offering health insurance to seniors and accidental insurance to mid-level and entry-level staff. I appreciate the support and well-being assistance I receive.

Working here has given me the chance to challenge a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. This variety is beneficial because it allows me to develop many different skills. I am constantly learning and taking on new challenges which keeps my job interesting. Being exposed to different areas of work is now helping me grow in my career and become more flexible and skilled
