Our 5-day working week, flexible work timings, generous paid time off and special leaves (maternity, paternity, bereavement or marriage leaves) are some of the steps we have taken for a ‘perfect’ work life balance. Thank you for commending our compensation structure. Our salary structure is based on extensive market research and is in line with industry standards. In fact, as you rightly mentioned it surpasses those of some key market players. Additionally, we have generous flow of finances through annual performance bonus and appraisals, work anniversary bonus, monthly incentives and various such financial benefits. Unlike many other companies, we ensured timely bonuses and appraisals during the current pandemic as well. We are particularly grateful for your appreciation for our leaders, as they really deserve it. Having leaders who are not only brilliant in their field of work, but also truly invested in the progress of their teams and the organization as a whole, is one of our best assets. Our leaders facilitate their teams to be leaders through knowledge transfer and mentorship.
