The company is Good for Skill development and Learning. company manufacturing Water pumps, wire and pipe also and products are very reliable. Quality of products are very good and Agriculture pumps are highly reliable & energy efficient. work environment and team is very supportive. Compensation is poor and growth is very slow. Middle Management of company is terrible. they want employees to work 12 hours and not want to pay enough. Every year company is overtaking companies, starting new segments and increasing sales. but as appraisals time came, thay start showing loss before 3 months. i already faced a increment of only 2% in last year. but workload is doubled.

Basically my work is to Maintain the branch office, Branch Accounting and work assign by HO. but i am doing more than that due to shortage of employees. i am working as HR and telecommuting also.

Even if there is no stock in units, you still have to collect orders from dealer. We don't get required stock immediately. Alternative Saturday are off but you have to manage work over phone. Like wise Sundays also. You are not allowed to do the reports in office hours, you should do in in your personal time. Like I said there is nowork life balance. And the target they fix is impossible to achieve. Compare to last year sales it is 70% approximately higher this year. And the timing I mentioned below is just Office working hour. But as a field executive you cannot fix any logout time, some times I reach home after 10 also....Read More

MD is good management is very poor, I mean staffs.

God trust devotees, but devotees love money. But don't think God is an idiot. If HR inform, if ur performance is not satisfied, we will remove you in 6 or 8 month, so be careful all the best - Make your mind that you have been recruited for said short term .

Salary give every month on fix date and increment give also every year. Sales job is good.

Work life balance is nothing, all 6 days working and month closing dates if sunday than come. No HR policy get work. Workload so high because he did not recruitment sufficient staff they want one person can do everything. Back office and opration people work is under presure all the time.
