Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. First the company was not given pressure to the employees but from few months they are given lots of pressure...even though working hours was 9am to 6pm but sometime they call you at 8:30 am to 6:30pm/7pm or 9am to 7pm...

I have working this company last 2 year I have facing the 1st problem office timing 9 to 6 but team leader said meeting after 6:30 you can leave the office after 7 pm shift is 10 hour , this is my burst experience you can exceed 2 min from your break you can explanation of your TL why are you late 2 min
