I have working this company last 2 year I have facing the 1st problem office timing 9 to 6 but team leader said meeting after 6:30 you can leave the office after 7 pm shift is 10 hour , this is my burst experience you can exceed 2 min from your break you can explanation of your TL why are you late 2 min

You have not complete your target . Company has not been provide single leave from a month. No job security I have not recommended from any one to join this organisation Month last Sunday always working. Salary 13k

The job responsibilities are all about collection and hardly about analysing and assisting about the credit reports. The higher management judge you only and only on the basis of the collection met. Luckily the employees are supportive but employers are trying hard to turn the organization into just another collection agency. Your sk ills can't grow working here. Job Security? ZERO. They might ask you to leave any day. They demotivate you to carry on with your higher studies parallely. The floor is always talking about collections. The work pressure is such that even when you are at home you keep thinking about the collection numbers and in retu rn all you get is your basic pay with little or no incentives at all. In short, the title of Analyst is just a myth and whole day will be spent making outbound calls asking the defaulters to repay their debts.
