First the company was not given pressure to the employees but from few months they are given lots of pressure...even though working hours was 9am to 6pm but sometime they call you at 8:30 am to 6:30pm/7pm or 9am to 7pm...

Office timing is 9 to 6 but they are asking to coming at 8:45 and work till 7 pm office culture is wrost. Only dirty politics resides there apart from salary on time nothing is good. Employees are terminated without any reasons.

Incentives, only when you reached you target which is also higher and very difficult to achieve but if you are able to met after all the critics then offcourse you will receive 🙁

Only getting salary on time no doubt. But I reached office one date late 5 minutes in the training period. Company deducted my half day salary. Salary is also no good. I complaint regarding my deducted salary Hr irritated with me and no solution given for this.

Although before joining i submitted all documents. Feedback given after 7pm. I am a DRA certified candidate. According to bank process DRA certified candidate gets more attractive salary.
