Back to back moving to the new portfolio, and incentive plan, only those employees eligible for incentive who met there target if any one near about target and failed to achieve his given target for fue amount, but still he is not get any incentive

Worst culture, only target driven environment no appreciation no hike in salary... Discrimination in pay, for the same role your team members might be getting high salary and you will be getting less even if you deliver more output month on month. Hate working here... Only if you are having no other option then only work here.

They changes process too frequently, no management at all only they want target which is unachieveable, you can achieve target if there is stability and connection with customer but they change process/portfolio and do lot of experiments with employee which impacts mental health

This company has no policies no management. There's no growth what all they seek is collection and what higher management does is they snatch your payment. There are no hr policy nothing .. they will ask you for recovery if you resign with in the probation period. And they give you ultimatum for the recovery though. And yeah it is not applicable for everyone it's there choice to whom they will ask money for .. this is there hr policies like
