Dislikes

Honestly, there's very little to dislike about working at CredFino. If I had to pick something, it would be that working from home makes me miss the chance to meet my amazing colleagues in person. The positive and supportive environment makes it hard to find any real drwabacks!

Nothing much to dislike about, but the working environment can be improved. Decent salary. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

Learnt many things on the job. Struggled in the beginning, but they are quite helpful and provides time to learn about stuff you don't know about.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
