Nothing, worst company of my life. Owner treat employee as a servant. Employee has to set his lunch & then has to get him a Tea/coffee/snacks twice or thrice a day. Don’t have any manners and don’t know how to treat with employees- Always uses slang languages in front the female employee.

Dislikes

No work life balance, always seems to be urgency in the work, no proper hirerarchy. Poor management. Its not a company, its just a proprietorship company. Nobody want’s to join this shit company.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
