Here is no sort of work life balance. Company does have policy of 5 day work but they setup meeting over the weekends as well. There is no defined work hours here at this organization it can go from any where from 12 hours (regular hours) to 15 16 hours a day. Most of the management and senior post employees are just family member and they works from US. There is no work life balance as the senior members reside in US so that always setup work and meeting based on there time zone and on an average the consultant spend 12 hours a day and some times even like 14 or 16 hours at least once or twice a month. Since from Covid era they are struggling and struggling and even the salary hikes are very low considering the company profits year on year. There is no job security at all as they can just terminate you once the project is done. Skill development is a thing depending on you.
