Poor culture, no hierarchy, very old and outdated products, management will show you 1000 crore organisation dreams and management doesn't even know how to construct the business very poor ideas they want you to implement and put the blame on the employee for such a poor idea and it's execution if you work for them like for 12-15 hours continuously and you will get late by an hour, they will deduct your salary. When you will visit the market they want you to share the location from your phone as management wanted to track you everytime, you will just frustrate yourself by joining this organisation. Before joining just check that even the store person will talk like that he is the part of the management and this attitude carried by every person of the company who is working here from the long-ago no job security only 10-15 old people are working here....Read More
