Working here taught me a lot of things, and the most important thing which i was able to execute was time management. With this tool of working in an industry I successfully participated and gave my best in each and every task.

Dislikes

I feel like, for giving live and practical experience to the HR interns they should focus on more that one filed . They only give selective candidates to take interview thats it, they could have given other practical task to other candidates other than just recruiting.

The best thing about working with such a prestigious organisation is the fact that not once employers compromise on work culture and management. From the point i see, I don’t personally believe there is anything to dislike especially when given full chance to explore opportunities. However, maybe at times the feedbacks could be more group centric as to what one can improve and work upon.

It gives facilities to work from home and also while pursuing a course, an education, a job, and also while during an another internship.

Even a very small amount of incentive is not provided for over two months internship. While allocating to take interviews they are not providing any training or a type of questions to ask just everything depends on us.

CHIS is one of the best places out there to do your internship. Work Environment here is very progressive, healthy and self developmental. Here you will get to learn a lot of things as well as you will acquire a better personality. Last but not the least, you will get to know many wise and knowledgeable persons and this can get your career path pretty smooth.

To be honest, I don't see any matter right now in CHIS that needs to improved or there's no thing that I dislike about CHIS. I just only want CHIS to carry on their good job , as they are doing right now.

Work from home is a great opportunity for all of us. Also it gives us benefit of flexible timing which is again a benefit.

They are not giving any money benefits. By getting small money benefit would encourage us to work more focused.

Don't know about much, I request to other candidate who wants to join or joining in next day. They will just waste your time. First, they will hired you then said there is some training and all after that they will told you that you are not suitable for that position without giving you any task. If someone is not suitable then it was all cleared in an interview but they will hired you after onboarding and training they said you are not suitable.
