Very innovative environment. Research facility is world class. Excellent opportunity for beginners those who are looking for carrer in academic and industrial research. Freedom to work and explore new things while working on allotted task. Few research advisors are really excellent in chemistry.
Dislikes
Permanent staff is not supportive including store, account, academic and few scientists (few advisors are really excellent). They don't care about your time, income and family life.
