Working environment is ok there

Dislikes

They never pay your salary on time , most of the times they pay salary in the last week of month, and those who left hospital , they never pay their last salary, no increment , no work culture, all the equipments in hospital are very old and outdated, most of the time they don't work, and then consultants show their aggression on working staff only..

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
