Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

It's a good organization. Management is helpful and available to assist you both professionally and personally at all times. My whole job becomes smoother after receiving constant input from the team leaders. Managers and other senior staff provide complete job aid. I'm delighted to be a member of the Corwhite clan.
