On time salary. You can direct deal with management to HR.

Dislikes

Very few chance of growth if you are not arabic. Forced resignation and misbehaviour is the common practice.

Likes

It's a small group with smaller systems, I was directly involved with the planning & implementation of Project management. I was directly in touch of MD & JMD of company.

Dislikes

There is no system of management. Salary is decent but never on time. Management continually changing their business.

Work Details

The job is interesting, I struggled a lot as there was no training session. I was responsible for end to end responsibilities of the project.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
