Excellent Company to work with. I have done job there around 18 months and enjoyed there. Personally and professionally they cherish you as individual. Leaders are mentors as well and guide you in your journey. They give full independence for tasks assigned to you. Very good company for women, I personally want my wife to work there some day.

Dislikes

Salary levels and promotions are tough and that was the reason for my exit. Since it is very people sensitive organization, sometimes manipulation becomes easy via wrong feedbacks to management. Could be possible I was unlucky that it happened to me.

The type of technical work is average to good.

Dislikes

Almost everything apart from the technical work. Work culture is extremely toxic in the indian sector in pune. Managers at the top discourage and disrespect people (Especially Girish and Anupam). Fresh ideas provided are always frowned upon and supervisors behave like dictators. Senior managers suffer from superiority complex syndrome and if any improvements are suggested then dual meaning insults are hurled.
