Everything, while joining they hire you what they have budgeted and not you deserved, then they promise you to increase your pay after 6 months but after 6 months they will show you how you are incapable and how they are already paying more. Training days were so pathetic and when you start working that training was nonsense, mine senior was dumb totally so don’t expect proper training. If you done any mistakes (even if you are new at it) they make a note of it and blame every time, and most of the time manager and senior blame others to hide their own mistakes and if you argue then they asked you to leave the job. Not sure if management is aware of this, as this is ruining companies reputation. Hence no job security at all. Join at your own risk....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
