First of all they will scam you right off the bat when you get your first salary. For example you will be promised 37000 CTC, you are gonna expect 35000 in hand, but actually you will get less than 33000,when you ask about it, they will just show you some absurd calculations about the company policies and some weird stuff you've never heard of. Even after all that, after one year you've worked your heart off, they will just let you know that the company is facing some loss in business and hold your increment for another year or so. Also everything else from work culture, skill development are the worst possible you could see out there. Management specifically is the worst because they don't know how the work is actually executed, they are just there to nag you about the deadline all the time. The HR department is not responding to calls, msgs & mails or providing my full and final settlement along with my salary. This organization is extremely poorly managed. I received an offer letter in July and was asked to join within 15 days. I even paid my previous company to join Ask Ehs, but they delayed my start until October. Iwould not recommend joining them unless you're in a dire situation. Particularly, avoid going offshore unless you have no other choice! They are deducting nearly 13,500 from my salary for medical facilities and 5,000 for PF and retention, totaling about 18,500 each month. When I asked for documentation regarding the medical facilities, they provided none. Additionally, they have not yet provided the retention amount or the PF on time....Read More
