Only good thing abt the company is that it one get to work with different requirements and clients.

Dislikes

Downside is that the team lead figures are arrogant and they think the newcomers doesn't know anything, they push one to follow their footsteps and if not they complain the newcomer doesn't do any work. The senior within the company are like a group and they ill treat the Junior and the work pressure is immense and always feeling pressured.

They have a good leraning system but as the time goes too many things comes into play. You will be co ordinating the Client, Candidate, Software, managers here is where work becomes like a hell. Salary part aint that lucarative - only the work part increases but not the salary.

Politcs. Too many Rules and regulation which distrubs the employees too many attrition Impotent managers
