No plus points for this pathetic consultancy. Others are way better then this.

Most pathetic consultancy. Seniors in this consultancy ( Conviction HR Malad) know how to play politics and won't help new joiners at all. This the first consultancy where I have seen seniors chilling out in office with hukkah. The owner want his consultancy to grow but the seniors will make your day so bad that you won't feel like coming to office and work with them. You get a data on which you need to call so to get lead but those candidates are already in contact with the seniors n they tell you not to poch my candidate. If you have any doubts or queries you cannot ask your senior bcz if u ask they will taunt you infront of everyone....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
