Everything to dislike. They do not allow their employees to take breaks and leave on time. Specially Anju Jain and Padmashree Patil from banking team are very rude and they don’t know how to talk they go personal just because they are jealous and insecure of their own flaws. And it’s very wrong to misbehave with someone just becauseyou’re jealous of them. I would request Rajesh Mudhliar sir to take a feedback on managers and senior managers from employees. Please look into banking team specifically to avoid attrition and your company’s reputation....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
