The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. For the freshers it is the good company to learn and growup the better knowledge. In company my colleagues are from different places its good experience to work with them.

In our they hire non technical employee so that its very difficult to intract with them to build the knowledge. We work on rotational shifts, sometimes after doing night shift they call again afternon shift this is highly impossible to work.

Job is boring in convergent communication pvt Ltd. And they even don't know how to manage and priority for themselves. West regional team is best in work and better time management than the other. As a Fresher it is good platform but don't expect appraisal and increments.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
