Top Management plagued by Bosch Management. I believe in Conti and believe in mission of AN but don’t believe in PL4. The new boss has made the PL as his personal playground and ruined the good culture. Once a collaborative team is now backstabbing and playing pure politics. Need advice on choosing the profile

I'm working for procurement now, aiming to boost my career growth in terms of financial and grades. I'm inclined towards project manager or business development (looking at few of the professionals having good aspects in the above mentioned). Should I change my domain to project management role or continue in procurement ? By changing the jobs, can we increase our salaries just like IT folks do ? Only New joiners are respected and recognised. New joiners are paid 2x-3x. Existing employees are punished for loyalty. If anyone wants a raise, then they must send a resignation letter to the manager and then they will get 2x-3x raise. For employees who trust the management, they are given meager raise even if they work hard duringpandemic. Conti was a great company. Many senior management are coming from Bosch and turning Continental to another Bosch. Please don't do that. Stick to Conti Values....Read More
