A bit of flexibility may be available for a select few employees or for those who manage to stay on the good side of leadership.

Dislikes

1. Company culture is heavily influenced by the whims of the senior leadership, specifically the SVP, creating an unpredictable work environment. 2. Job security feels unstable, some innocent employees and a director were reportedly asked to resign due to internal politics. 3. There is an apparent double standard for remote work, a few favored employees have fully remote roles, while others are questioned if they even request to work from home for a week or even for a day. 4. The office is a nominal setup where essential amenities like parking, drinking water, lunch area and employee seating are poorly managed, leaving employees to arrange these necessities on their own, indirectly affecting their work performance. 5. Leadership lacks trust in employees, impacting morale. 6. The casual leave policy is challenging to navigate and often results in loss of leave days for the employee. 7. The CEO is very focused on marketing the product, which is great and bringing positive results. However he is simply cutoff from his employees, he ignores employees concerns and tells them to talk to the SVP instead. 8. Meetings scheduled after work hours due to the timezone difference with the US adds to the burden. 9. The SVP's regressive mindset has created a stagnant environment where employees, in response, are limiting their potential and doing just enough to get by.
