Dislikes

HR is disgusting, policy is disgusting, CEO takes the weekly update which is also disgusting. How can a non technical guy takes an update from technical work they have done whole week. Full of politics, no job security. No tech stacks are maintained.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
