The perks of working in Conrad are as follows :- 1. Cafteria food is good. They will give you many varieties for lunch and breakfast but for the dinner it is same as lunch. 2. They have inspiring Wednesday where the HR guys will give a card to write down positive or good things about your colleagues the way they have made or left impact in your work. 3. Every Sunday we used to have fun sundays where in our department we used to conduct fun activities for atleast one hour. Dislikes

The cons of working in Conrad are as follows :- 1. Long working hours like 9 to 9 where sometime u end up doing more then 14-15 hrs depending upon the workload or lets say mughlai shift. 2. You are slogging yourself for 7 to 8 days with a 2 days off where you end up catching up with your sleep. How is this justified with the load which is there in your physical and mental health and not to forget the burnout. 3. Unfortunately you can't leave home without taking signature from your manager. I mean are we really working in a five star hotel or school like seriously. This is another way of manipulating people who are slogging themselves for less salary. For instance if the duty manager gets busy with the guest or any complaints u end up waiting for half and hour to 45 mins again depending upon the situation just to take that bloody signature which doesn't have any value honestly speaking. 4.There will be days there will be no staff to relieve you for dinner or lunch or even washroom because of man power crunch. People end up leaving this property before a year because of the work culture....Read More
