I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. No appraisal,if you are at 1s grade then for promotion you have to wait 3 year and internal promotion is not possible because our manager does not support if any vacancy is there our manager will not inform us and if a employee is capable then also our manager will not support there is lack of support.and salary is not good as other company provide good salary and benefits to there employee.

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More

This company will ruin your life. They say it's a 9-hour shift during the interview, but you end up working 10-11 hours. You get a 1-hour break, but they tell you to return in 10-15 minutes and skip the rest of your break. There's no overtime pay. They'll expect you to do extra work without any compensation. They treat you like animals and then say they can't pay your salary because your login hours are short, you're taking too many training breaks, etc. Your salary never arrives on time, and sometimes you don't even get your full salary.
