This organization has no vision for future. They just torture there employees specifically in Data Analysis domain. The stakeholders sitting in US keeping all the work in their hands and never distribute it to offshore team in India. They talk about the agile environmental but have no clue how to operate it. HR are non reachable. Your reporting HR never reach out to you for any concern. Reporting managers have experience only on paper.
