Structural Design Engineer

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Structural Engineer at Congruex, you will work closely with the project manager to understand requirements and deliver productivity as per business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)

• You will work with our CAD team and project managers in a fast-paced environment with definite deadlines.
• You will be responsible for preparing site plans, compound sketches, elevations, plan views, fabrication drawings, electrical single line diagrams etc.
• Review and design construction drawings for wireless cell sites, including site layouts, equipment placement, structural designs, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing wireless telecommunications infrastructure.
• Document project progress, construction activities, and technical specifications for reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to wireless telecommunications infrastructure.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in any stream
• 2 plus years experience in wireless network design field.
• Must have AE experience and understand how to prepare site plans, compound sketches, elevations, plan views, fabrication drawings, electrical single line diagrams etc.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Staad Pro, Revit and understand how to draft to scale, work with layers and reference files.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and capable of working under pressure.
• Candidates must have problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision after training.
• Highly organized, self-starter and open to working on multiple projects as per business needs.
• Good in time management, flexible to work in shifts and extended working hours.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well versed knowledge of MS office
