Nothing at all . Politics at Management level is too prevalent. Job profile is not clear. Be ready to work as multipurpose person. With a salary of one person they try to get as much work as which is done by three persons.

Dislikes

No over-time is paid for extra working hours which usually goes to 2 hours per day . No proper valuation of employees performance . It's a sister company of RSPL group so all it's approvals are at RSPL's hand which causes hindrance to your work and reduces your productivity.

Worst company and worst management to work with. Their is no fixed job role, they want you to do everything within very little time which is not going to possible for any candidate. They never appreciate your hard work, they torture you that you are potent to perform your work. They always stand you in front of HR and even fired youwithout any compensation. At the beginning stage I was quite good and very interested but after the entire admin comes under one director control the becomes only profit motive and no benefit for staff and labourers.
