Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.

Concentrix is good but only for Gurgaon the process which is in Noida sector 127 is tha worst process of CNX the management is pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.

Company policies are good but mid level management hiring is poor in some processes which is making the company very toxic

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

Everything is good about environment and staff however there is major issue about shift rotation, if this would be done in timely manner then there would not be any issue, graveyard shift- this should be converted in complete night, 2 am shift is most dangerous, it actually disturb out health, I was also feeling unhealthy by doing this type of shift.

Not at all an employee centric company reasons like health and requested work from extention after a 45 days wfh of 15 more days and they denied and requested to leave company and join a company provides work from home, but in cnx website they mentioned it as still they operates hybrid work culture but in practically not

There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.

Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power.
