There is nothing to like about working at comviva technologies

Work-life balance: there is no such things like work-life balance. Company want you to do overtime whenever they require (even on weekends and late-night till 2am-3am) to let your project complete. Salary : talking about salary, HR's are there who gives you the salary discription with XYZ lpa and on your payslip you'll get gratuitydeduction per month, insurance premiums deducting quarterly, and around 20% of your CTC as PLI. But at the end, they'll cry saying that company haven't performed well, we can't pay you much and will provide you 20k annually for this even if you get to know that your entire project has achieved more than the target that had been set for the financial year. Till the last 2 yrs nobody has gotten any hike not even inflation adjusted. Promotion: big sharks relishing small fishes. They are eating your bonus and small fishes are getting bad ratings so that if the company doesn't want to give you any kind of bonus and salary hikes, they could simply blame you for the bad rating. Though your entire project team (including your colleagues, team lead, managers and other teams) are appreciating you for your diligence efforts for the projects, big sharks at the top management (working for more than 20+ yrs like a permanent government job) will decide your ratings....Read More

Everything, No cab facilities, need to travel 3-4 hrs and when asked for cab they rejected. no learning just work toxic environment no work life balance Manager is worst, he don't know how to appreciation and no recognition, he is coward don't know how to talk the high ups for our achievements. Comviva is currently undergoing a transformation phase, focusing on building and streamlining processes. As a result, maintaining a work-life balance might be challenging

In Comviva work life balance is so good. Pressure of work is low. Work environment is also good.

One think that I dislike about Comviva is the rating which is given to employee is already fixed by the management. Due to this it is directly effected to our promotion cycle and salary hikes.

Company culture is good. Can take leaves very often without any pain

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor 👎👎👎👎 they expect you to work day and night 7 days a week 24*7 all day night eat with laptop go to washroom with laptop. Do not expect to have any life outisde of work. They’ll call at unexpected hours and even when you are on leave.
