WLB is good because there is very less work because they dont have proper projects. Some projects will start and stop in the middle.

Well, comm bank is newly set up in India. They are still struggling to transition projects from Australia. If things doesn't go with there way, they can release you immediately. I am the prime example of this. Our entire team has been laid off recently. They believe in hire and fire rules. No one can predict the future in comm bank specifically in India.
The environment is very toxic and I am not even kidding. People from ANZ regretting their decision after joining Commonwealth India. They said atleast we had job security in ANZ but here they can fire you anyday so whoever is joining make sure you give 100 percent everyday. Everyday means you have to give everyday.

No proper facilities, They neglect basic requirements for the employees If you just want money and want to commit carrier suicide then you can join here. No growth in regards to carrier aspects and their competition doesn't even wanna hire you If you feel something is not right and when you speak up you will be pulled down and will be punished for speaking up. Keep quite and do the work even if it means duplication of efforts or it will be something good for the organisation. Logic doesn't work over here, they say they want curious mindset but they will kill your curiosity the moment you join the company. They throw around things like performance improvement plans like it's nothing. For eg a person got an error for one month the very next month they got put into PIP. They want people to work like robots and they also check your break timings pulling reports how long you are away from the system. One person even got a heart attack with the pressure and they quite the company because of health complications. Trust me it's not worth it.
