i joined this company with lots of dreams. Now I felt I took wrong decision to join this company. This is not product based company. This is fully service based mindset people. There is no transparency in any activities. Most of the managers really don't know why they are part of this company. HR \ TA one of the worst team I ever seen. Response is very poor. They think they are the rulers for this company. Overall this company is worst and sinking ship. Don't get caught yourself here. No space for cafeteria and asking people to come to office for 3 days with excel attendance tracking. My manager doesn't know how to handle excel sheet but asking to update the excel for attendance. My manager is not fit for E3 but M2 now and looking for D level. This is the way company operates....Read More

Comcast has multiple companies inside of them. I worked for company they have it in The UK The problem is that you will work in India with the team following the US work policies and forcing us to follow the UK work culture and ethics If you want to learn from working. i wont recommend the company. Low hike percentages and the have over hired. They cannot maintain the strength probably they may see a recession or attrition The main aim of the company is reduce the cost by hiring in India. Most of the good work are taken care by people in US and UK .the company here in India is merely support activity Mostly HR and TA team wont respond properly. Though you can see them daily. Limited learning tools for Employees Promotions are given only to people who are closer to the manager and management and who does management work(people will be in low are middle level engineers) I saw higher management people getting double promoted withing 2 years but at the bottom promotion is just dream On the whole its a place for people who want to settle and not grow. You will see more interns and level 1 engineers more. To much micro management, the company insist to be in office for 12 days just so that they can save taxes. Okies Work/Life Balance environment. Has lot of learning opportunities than you would imagine.

It has the worst salary structure. If you are a senior employee with extensive work experience, you get paid less. if you joined after 2022, you may be paid more than senior employees in a junior position. there is also no market adjustment policy here. You receive promotions, salary increase and market adjustment only if you are favoured by your manager.
