For name sake it is MNC, But all policies reflect pure local company.Always long working hours, due to project timelines. You won't get time to spend with your family if are working from home. Work life balance is poor. Management always cares for deliverable, s. They just treat you as a resource. Learning from comau is fantastic. Increments are not given since pandamic. Nothing company has got worst culture. Teammates are very competitive and even so much comptetive that easily can take job. There is no cafeteria as said by company. company policies are really bad and even they don't bother to give bonus.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address anybody's issue. There is no format or on the job training for new employees just nothing.

Poor management. Management not able to get proper projects. Only Interested in current ongoing projects & fighting with employees.

Management is not in favour of employees even didn't believe on them. Lack of systems. Manual dependacy. Not even able to take ERP.

Company culture changed after MD changed. No outgoings, no foundation days, nothing only work & work. Last 3 years no increments. A good reputed company goes in wrong hands.

Seniors, management harassment, Saturday Sunday working, 5hrs. Traveling everyday company located far from city, politics, pune comau frequently change policy to harass employees, no appreciation for good work. Worst experience ever.

Timing 8:00 to 5:30, it is 9:30 hours. It is more than IT industry working hours but good because no buddy will stop u to work after these working hour

There is nothing special here which anyone can like. Rigid manufacturing rules, no leaves till 6 month after joining, Top management is worse

I was working for 12 hours a day and 6 days a week even though company had 5 days a week policy. And the strange thing is even I din't know for what I was working so hard...! It was the best example of poor management.
