I worked for 3 months at ColoredCow, It was a great experience, and I was able to develop my understanding of the software development lifecycle. The team trusted me in client-facing projects from the start and helped deepen my knowledge of open-source projects. Worked more than one year and I did not like anything here.

Guys join only if you have no any option, as a girl you won't feel safe here. As there are hardly females working there it's hard to share things also. Some of them are sweet but this guy name Pankaj Kandpal (PK) blackmailed me after we dated and molested me and I felt very helpess as I had to work for my family, even though few founding members were supportive but I never had courage to tell what I am going through there. Higher management works in their own way , after joining the company as a full time I was told after few days that they can't pay me now because I don't have the skillset and to work like an unpaid intern until I learn (should have cleared this during the interview )
