I worked for 3 months at ColoredCow, It was a great experience, and I was able to develop my understanding of the software development lifecycle. Higher management works in their own way , after joining the company as a full time I was told after few days that they can't pay me now because I don't have the skillset and to work like an unpaid intern until I learn (should have cleared this during the interview )
