Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

Terrible Management. You are expected to work round the clock , if not then you are liable to answer the calls of your manager even outside work hours . You fail to answer you will be dealt harshly and your KRAs changed . Once you think about leaving the company they will ready to agree as this company believes in hire and fire . Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.

Lots of work load with almost no job security. Gave my everything while working there dor 7 months delivered every single task they asked me to do still they fired me by saying they do not have any business requirement for me now.
