Terrible Management. You are expected to work round the clock , if not then you are liable to answer the calls of your manager even outside work hours . You fail to answer you will be dealt harshly and your KRAs changed . Once you think about leaving the company they will ready to agree as this company believes in hire and fire . No work life balance at all. Sometimes had to work till mid-night due to sharp deadlines. If work not done in deadline, was yelled at in the DSM. Poor managerial skills and behaviour. Any assistance from other developers was also very poor. Total Hire and Fire culture. They fire you stating performance issue when it's actually a layoff. If asked what was the performance issue then no answer. Don't expect any job security even if you have good performance. They have clauses in their offer letter like 3 months notice period and not taking job, after resignation, in other companies which are their competition for 2 years otherwise legal action. I worked at Collegedunia as a Senior Data research and curation specialist for 2 Years & 11 months. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern. I have been a part of the Board Exam Concept Team, and, I have experienced mental harassment from My Reporting Manager. I, along with several other employees, have been compelled to resign due to the hostile work environment created by Reporting Manager. 1. She created a bitter work environment by making derogatory comments about my work, ignoring my contributions to the team. 2. No amount of my hard work was recognised by the team. 3. She makes two teams, one is with her favourite employees, who are always in her good books and never been ignored. And another is with her not so favourite employees, No matter how much they work, they were always being insulted and demotivated by her in the meeting. 4. She always give me warning that I am useless, I am good for nothing. 5. She mentally harassed and tortured me everyday which affects my mental health. I am attaching my prescription along with this mail for your reference. Additionally, I have witnessed her engage in bullying and intimidating behavior towards other employees in the department. Unstable company hai....wost working culture hai...kaam nhi hone ke baad bhi raat ko 12-1 bje tk rukne ko bola jaata hai....just to show intent ki aap company ke liye kaam kr rhe ho Full fraud baazi hai Even if you got 1 lakh per month still i suggest away from it....they will destroy your career and mental piece.

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

I had a very disappointing experience with them, after clearing both technical and telephonic round, they invited me for last round of interview to Gurgaon from Jaipur. Although interview went really well, the handling by the HR, Monalisa, was far from professional. Despite discussing my expected CTC during the initial call, especially, considering relocation, I was assured that budget is not an issue. However, during the last round when interviewer questioned my higher expectations she completely denied the situation and told him that I was agreed to the lower budget and she already mentioned this to me-Seriously Monalisa? If she has mentioned me the lower budget why would I come down to entirely different city. Utter non-sense and pathetic. This company is pathethic! My team lead never replied to any of my queries and just left me hanging. She was never polite and always rude. Don't expect any appreciation from the team leads. Hire and fire policy is strictly followed, if you are looking for a job-security this is not the right place. The management is terrible. Don't waste your time here!
