Extremely Unorganised, Policies, SOP changes every second day. Whether to service client or understand company changes. incentives delayed for several months and then when u leave the company u are not eligible for it

Experiencing and learning newer things every day. Dealing with customers and handling their queries and offering them satisfactory service experience is what I do daily. It’s an opportunity that has carved the best out of me. I thank my superiors and management for supporting me.

1) Favourism, politics and they really do not understand whom to give leadership roles 2) Leaders/managers do not possess the main thing, common sense, but still they are managers because they all belong to same city 3) Without proper investigation, they strictly follow hire and fire policy if you do not perform in 1-2 months, they will terminate you 4) The main thing is they do not know whom to hire and whom to assign managerial positions Strongly suggest not to join this company...Read More
