People working here are truly good. Everyone is supportive. The HR personnel are also cordial with their approach. They assisted me well during my relocation. I appreciate it from my heart. I feel good to be a part of this company.

Being Customer Success Manager, I set up engagement strategies with clients. I am gaining quality work exposure. My job is challenging but I love doing it. Many a times, I am too learning many new stuffs. So, I never consider that I know everything. It’s a good company if you want to experience some good opportunities and work exposure.

The only thing I liked about cogoport was the employees were very supportive and helping in nature. The work-life balance was also maintained.

The growth opportunities in this company is very less. Only the designation changes but the job remains the same. The management hardly care about the employees, as well as their ideas. Not much credit is given to the employees. Also there is no job security in this company. They strictly follow the hire & fire rule.
