It depends on the kind of project you are a part of. Worked on various domain projects till now, and got to deal with different types of architectures and programming languages. It has added to my knowledge base significantly. Feels nice to mentor the subordinates. Being in the senior position, they give such opportunities. On the whole things are fine

Excess work in the absence of colleague. I know that not much can be done in case of such things

Individuals here are interactive and can be approached easily. We gel well as team members as well. Communication overall is good and haven’t faced any problem till now. The focus of the superiors is to develop a solution oriented mind-set inside us. Beneficial for us. Developed a constructive and positive approach working here. Content with the chance I am getting

The leaves per year have now been restricted, previously there were unlimited leaves

Work hours flexibility is there, though it’s restricted to your performance. Comfortable office environment. Many good policies in practice. Limitless challenging opportunities to experience. People are respectful, and strictly follow professional work ethics…

Everything is good, just wished if office could have been in the most glamourous part of Mumbai. Though it’s not a big aspect…. just felt to mention….

Employee morale is boosted over here due to the awards they give away to those deserving. Annual CEO awards are there, awards are given away for long service. This way employee loyalty, dedication and performance is recognized & appreciated. Referral rewards are also given away to the concerned persons. Also, there is special occasion allowance.

I feel the pace of work is a bit on the higher side and can be reduced

Meeting rooms are not enough, many times, we have to wait till other team complete their meeting. It’s the only con, besides, there is nothing such to complain.

You can make out from the workforce working here. Each employee here has multiple strengths and one can learn from it. It makes you more responsible and accountable due to such people around. Truly a diverse team is there. I am gaining core skills by doing core work.
